Can never get a routine appointment you have to ring on the day or it can be appointment a month or so away You should be able to book appointment with a doctor no on the day but a routine one.

If a person wants to see a doctor they should be given that chance not put to a parmenidic

As long as you go to surgery early you can usually get an appointment.

Following my health check I was given helpful information about how I can improve my health with regard to my cholesterol levels and reassured that my blood pressure was not an issue.

I usually go into surgery to make an appointment. You have to wait too long on the phone. It means having to go in early but can usually get an appointment. It would help if calls to the surgery were free.

Make calls free. Get more staff on the phones.
